You worry about them for the rest of your life, even if they turn out to do well in their own lives.
Best case scenario, they have a good job and a good home life as adults.
Worst case scenario, they become drug addicts and either end up in jail, on the streets, or dead.
Or they could be murderers or rapists, or the victims of murderers or rapists.
Or they could just be regular criminals. Or they could just be assholes.
Or they could be born retarded, or with any other birth defect that can happen under the sun.
There's nothing worth it... life is filled with uncertainty, pain is inherent in it even if things go well.
It's irresponsible to bring anybody to this planet... it's too dense and the lifeforms have too much sensory equipment.
