My neck would Creek everytime I move my head from side to side.
This was due to disc grinding eachother
My doctor said a few years ago I may need surgery
But only recently after suffering from this condition I found good articals and videos of how to perform neck stretches to fix the problem
Lo behold after thirty minutes it was gone.
I suffered with it for almost 7 years or more.
It feels awesome now
Like a newborn baby again
