Had a dream about cell phone surveillance...

Was in a cellular service store watching the lady at the checkout deal with customers... they were all coming up to her asking for a "receipt" of all the entities who had been listening to them on their phone. It was like disclosure had happened and everyone who wanted to could go to their service provider and request this paper regarding their account. They would all come up to her and ask for it with the same exact wording, like it had been run on TV or the radio over and over what to call it and how to ask for it. She was super fast in printing the receipts too, like it was extremely common and the system was set up to retrieve the info quickly.
