The concept of romantic love is like being afraid of the dark and needing a nightlight.

There's nothing "wrong" with it, but it is sad.

In concept there's nothing wrong with it.

But in reality, the way it usually plays out in people's lives, there are nothing but problems with romantic love.

It's usually chock full of wrong.

People get trapped though, and they can't escape without losing a lot.

And they can't admit how much it sucks while they're still in it, because that'd make their lives even worse.

But they still know inside that it sucks, and that's a bad way to live.
