When working out the details of this brutal eugenics program, keep in mind Jack White's parents were 48 and 45-- so instead of compounding the problem, 2 olds could be the key to super offspring! Unless he's a retarded gay serial killer and hides it fairly well.
No idea why anyone would want kids past 40. And more than about a 10 year age difference seems bad for all kinds of reasons.
As for the rest, there are lots of miserable smart people and scumbag attractive people. Rule could just be "don't be a miserable scumbag."
Maybe a taller order than some Gattaca shit. But the Gattaca shit would likely just be smart good looking miserable scumbags with better computers.
