To me, she does not even seem like she'd be CAPABLE of feigning any type of personality like she did when she was a kid...
It's sad as hell is what it is.
It's DEFINITELY psychosis, we're seeing somebody who grew up and developed schizophrenia in their adulthood, simple as that.
