Oh heck yes... what a HUGE step up to add some real meat into the Ramen. Added vegetables, meat, spices and herbs... that transforms Ramen noodles from a "nutritionless" food into something that can really be good for you, save for the huge amount of sodium in it. But the more water you add in, and the more fiber you put in, the more it's going to help your system deal with that sodium.
