Are you native Lithuanian? I thought you were only going to school there. Foreign visitors should be exempt from all that stuff.

Hi sorry for the late reply. Am a Ugandan Foreign International student in Lithuania. Everyone here in Lithuania including Refugees, Tourists , Migrants, Foreign Exchange Students and Foreign International Students are mandated to the Mask, COVID injections and Green Pass IDs with ID machines at the Malls , Pharmacies, Library and Grocery Shops. I only survived this long because the Farmers' market was open once a week and Farmers' Market has no Green Pass ID Machines.
