I value your interpretation of what I'm doing because you ARE an artist... I think there's a certain level of obsessive focus when it comes to any type of artistry. It's rare that anyone understands what I'm actually doing on a relatable level. Usually it's only people who can relate to obsessive focus on more ethereal things... writing and other types of art as examples.

I have thought about creating a non-profit whose overarching purpose is to preserve interactive databases of important works. I feel this needs to happen with Yogi Bhajan's decades of recorded and transcribed lectures, and with every single word the author Dave Sim has ever uttered. (Both of them are being roundly shit on by incredibly toxic people and left-agenda-leaning media -- Yogi Bhajan posthumously). I don't feel this yet about any other human beings. Just the three of you, thus far. I think about it a lot. If I can't do it, hopefully someone else will. Massive undertaking that will attract many adversaries and machiavellian horseshit from talentless fuckwads. The reality is that there are only a tiny handful of truly great people on earth at any given time, and they all ultimately end up imprisoned, killed, defamed, unhinged, so forth. Why does it have to be that way? Because people are threatened and/or want to have power over these greater individuals. This is why I'm a little terrified of you garnering a larger audience. Insert "protect the sapling so it can become a mighty oak" sentiment here. There is so much hatred and jealousy and tepid little fucking bitches with their balls shoved so far up their own ass they can practically teabag themselves from the inside out, just waddling around shitting on anything that might dare to be magnificent, or, gasp, challenging.

I had to double read that "beware those quick to praise" line. I wondered if it might apply to me. And then I was like "if you're wondering, then... maybe yes, it does". But do I need praise? Fuck no. Neither do you. I only praise the praiseworthy. Shit, someone has to. Bukowski openly praised his heroes, so he can go fuck himself. Like him, I only have three, and you are one of them. You don't ask to be anyone's hero, but nobody who is, does.
