A great way to prevent having to dry the inside of the gloves is to wear cotton glove liners...

You just have to make sure you don't get water in the gloves when you're washing dishes etc., that's why it's good to have gloves that go well past the wrists.
Just take a back up dry pair of the cotton gloves and put those on to dry the inside adequately.
