There's definitely something wrong, and at the very least, people in his personal life need to take a step back and do what's best for him without thinking about themselves.
But I really think he needs outside help and he needs to be able to speak his mind to people who aren't familiar with the YouTube stuff etc.
Guy needs help right now. Like fast. Like soon. Like now.
Doesn't take a clairvoyant rocket scientist to see that.
