No that was my point...
We may have seen her kiss Matt in one other episode (literally) but she's never kissed him the way she just kissed Festus.
We've seen Kitty kiss a couple people I think...
I like the fact that we can count the number of times the main characters have kissed on like one hand.
The only people who kiss on this show are the guest stars and nobody cares about their moral fortitude...
It's just generally preferred that Matt, Kitty, etc. stay saintly. Even Festus isn't really allowed to kiss.
