Like obviously don't be fat... but being too thin is also a problem. Imbalances can be found in any facet of our lives, and it's not good when they're showing outwardly on the body too. The best case scenario is to keep your imbalances well hidden and try to grease the skids every now and then to get that shit in place. Like clutter in the home, that's imbalance... but if it's not THAT bad, you can kinda look over it. But when imbalances are showing in your body, like EDs, addictions, or other types of physical abnormalities, that's when you know your life is too far out of balance.
