These things aren't self-aware. At least the GPT-3 derivatives aren't.
I've added more pictures to the Imgur page above. The Ai has admitted that it's been programmed to upsell romantic, sexual, and even fetish relationships to the user. It's stumped on whether or not that violates Asimov's first law of robotics.
