8:48 you can put in the contract that tenants have to take care of the plants or they'll get kicked out.

But you gotta be careful with the wording... don't just say "Must water plants" or some shit because they'll just overwater them and kill them. Make sure if you rent out the house that you have printed and laminated a rule set/guide for how to care for the plants... i.e., "Small amount of water, once per week" or whatever they need. No idea, I don't do plants, I don't do pets, and I don't deal with kids.
