Neptune is by far the best planet to incarnate on in the entire solar system.
Life there is gaseous (mostly) and it's very enjoyable... far more enjoyable than any other density.
There's a theory that we incarnate on multiple planets at once because these various body densities are actually different dimensions manifest, and we occupy several of them at once.
Not saying I believe that, just saying that's what I've heard.
