Michael is taking care of an old woman in a wheelchair. I don't know what their relationship is, but they seem close. He has a hotplate and pots and pans that he uses to cook for himself and the old woman.
This morning, Michael was ranting about how the leeches are always pestering him while he's cooking his and her food, but they never bring any food for him to cook, even though most of them get food stamps.
He was waiting for an electrical outlet to become available so he could cook breakfast. There are only two outlets outside the night shelter, and they're usually occupied with phone chargers. I plugged a power strip in and plugged all of the phones into it.
