Parchment paper is good up to 450 degrees (I never go that high though) and it's sooo much better than aluminum foil.

I reuse foil too, if it's not gross like you said. I also started using parchment paper a few months
back because I got on a kick where I was having stuff from the freezer on a daily basis and
using foil that much didn't sit well with me. I can get about three uses out of the same piece
of parchment and that's totally worth not using foil. Unless I need to bake something covered
like a casserole or something.
