The only time I don't reuse them is if they stored something acidic/staining (like tomato) or if they stored raw meat.
I wash them just like a dish and dry them out with a towel, then put them over top of something (like an empty paper towel holder) to dry the rest of the way overnight.
Haha, I've done this for years now. I'll keep, wash and reuse unless it's been used for raw meat.
Especially is it's the freezer Ziplocs. They're a sturdy bag!
