The small greys are at their limit of life. Their DNA strands are breaking down. Most are filled with AI and machine parts but they won't be around for much longer on a cosmos scale.
They are a slave race to the reptilians.
Humans are incredibly diverse DNA wise and its claimed we are made up from 22 different races of beings. The reptillians would like humans to take the place of the small greys as the next slave race for them.
The 13 families are half reptillians and half human but the soul that inhabits the body is reptillian. They are suppose to prepare us. That's why everything has a global control structure to it. Reptillians are androgynous beings, self reproduce, eat humans, and consider themselves perfect.
