Make baked sweet potatoes for dinner the other day and they were amazeballs.
I like to get them almost done, then slice down the middle and mush them a little bit, put some butter and maple syrup over the top and back in the oven until they get crispy around the skin/edges.
Oh it's good. It's crazy good.
