I knew a lady who had natural titties at least that big and she was in back and neck pain basically all the time.
I think she got a reduction, but there was like... still a ton of titty left, so I dunno if she ever really did have them reduced.
I didn't ask her cuz I feel like that's just weird/rude and the topic never came up again.
