Women think that "resting bitch face" is a thing. It's not. It's called having no awareness of what your fucking face is saying to the world. It's called not giving any effort to LOOKING like a nice person at all. Just like they think not being able to cook is "cute", they think "resting bitch face" is cute too.

I actually programmed myself to smile all the time, several years ago, when I realized that smiling instantly makes you more attractive, and all the other options are ugly.
Eventually after you smile so much, especially when you program yourself to smile in uncomfortable or inconvenient situations, it just becomes habit...
When you smile, it sends signals to yourself and everyone else that things are happy whether they actually are or not, and as a result, things turn happy.
