I mean, like all other famous peeps, especially back then, she was obviously *IN* the CIA.
So why would they attack their own?? Did she legitimately step out of line, or was it just a narrative and everybody was playing along??
For the CIA to come out and call her something as scandalous as a "sadistic nymphomaniac" they MUST have had a plan with that.
