I talked to the vanlife people.
So, the are sub-dividing one of my neighbors properties. He's basically splitting up his 40 acres, and selling them each 5 acres.
They said they were "nomads," before. They looked to be about late 20's early 30's.
There are about 8 vans down there. So it was a pretty big group.
The guy was chill. And said I could come by and hang out with them. I gave them a few tips about the area, and showed them where I lived.
