Well I would guess that Bob Lazar is probably a remnant of some other type of human that was created by an intervening advanced civilization.
Think about it...
There are all the different blood types, all the differences between humans that we don't even know about yet...
Even beyond what is already plain to our eyes, like differences in appearance.
Who knows to what extent these advanced beings fucked with Earth's lifeforms.
