Great news!
Awhile ago, in the human trafficking case against Miscavige and Scientology, the judge was regretfully forced to rule that the plaintiffs must submit to Scientology's arbitration process per their contract.
Counsel for the plaintiffs just asked the judge to allow them to submit that decision to the appellate court for review, and the judge agreed.
If the decision is overturned, the lawsuit against Miscavige and Scientology can proceed in a court of law.
