What, making sure an old person is capable of doing the full range of motion?

Seems like just letting them atrophy to death is abusive to me.

But if they wanna call it abusive then that's fine...

Let the old people just atrophy away and make sure no one comes in to save the day and take care of them when they've let themselves go to the point of not being able to wash their own crack.

I guess that's fair.
