I think there should be a rest area every 15-20 miles. The old school rest areas where you just stop for a pizzle or to stretch your legs can stay the way they are. But there should be shit tons more parking lots where people can do extended stays. Once they get full, security can direct any overflow to another rest area that should only be max like 30 minutes away. This will ensure traffic doesn't get noisy and out of hand at night.
