But I'm starting to think there really aren't.
I mean sure, if you kill someone or commit some other kind of terrible crime, you'll probably go to jail.
But other than that?? Pft...
I dunno man. It seems like the only "consequences" are things in your own personal life that you have to deal with because of your actions/behaviors. No big deal.
Cuz when it comes to society at large, it doesn't seem like it matters what you do...
If you do bad things, people eventually forget about the bad things you did and you stick around and that's all there is to it.
It's like we've been conditioned to believe we're living in a cage, but the cage door has been unlocked the whole time.
90% of what's held us in line is straight up brainwashing, and that's all there is to it.
