9:58 true without a doubt... so this guy is interesting. Either he's an actor functioning as a plant... or his story is legit, and he is just wrong about the tech being made in recent times. Maybe they've installed their own reverse engineered versions in Antarctica, but the original tech is far superior, still there, still functioning, still in use. Period.
