I actually misunderstood. Dalia doesn't have a phone at all. So stays in that room all day with no phone, no computer, no TV... all she has is a keyboard/piano.
She said if she wants to go on the porch, her mom opens the door a million times to make sure she hasn't run away.
Dalia doesn't get a computer/entertainment, but her mom has a laptop and a phone.
What about when Dima isn't hospitalized? Does she stay in the same room with Dalia? It's a 2 bedroom apartment. She either stays in that same room (with NO entertainment OR means of communication) or she sleeps on the couch.
Who the fuck wouldn't go insane staying indoors, in *A ROOM* with NO source of entertainment?? There's NOTHING.
It's one thing if you're gonna go no-tech and spend your days outdoors. But that's not what's been going on here.
They were kept under the same conditions when they lived in LA... kept in a tiny house, with a red light on the door.
Some people are saying BJ has gone too far with this, but I disagree. Something is wrong with this situation. Dalia didn't bother talking to the female cop because she had BEEN THERE BEFORE and never helped her. She tried telling the male cop everything, but he probably just thought it was all psychobabble even though he listened sympathetically.
