Seriously I was thinking about this initially and I saw some YT comments in this vein... so the one thing I wondered about was Johnny's motivation... It could only be like spite or hatred because he has nothing really to gain. Like maybe he felt ignored for a long time as he was trying to get her attention? Maybe he just hates women for some reason? The idea of it all being a setup, him being able to predict that he could manipulate her into craziness worthy of felony arrest and then executing that plan seems pretty unlikely to me... but it would make a great movie plot... like some kinda MGTOW fantasy if she ended up in jail lol
