Valles Marineris: How did the Mars scar REALLY happen?

Hmmm
I mean come on y'all...

When have you ever seen feature like this on another planetary body?

If it's from a collision, then a collision with WHAT??

All the planets/moons are pock marked by asteroids/meteors, they're CIRCULAR. Always.

So why does Mars have this feature on it??

What the hell collided with it to cause this insane gash on the planet??

I think the possibility of it being caused by a massive electrical discharge is way more likely than it being a collision mark...

It looks a hell of a lot more like a Lichtenberg pattern than a collision mark, especially at 9 o'clock...

What force in the solar system could possibly cause an electrical phenomenon that powerful?

My vote is on the sun cuz... well, it's the biggest thing around.

But what was the antagonist for such a huge electrical discharge??

My current theory is that maybe something with the core of Mars reacted with the sun and this was the result...

And that's most likely when Mars' core "died" as well.

Which would beg the question...

Why was Mars taken out by Sol?
