It's definitely not normal... Clif really is targeted by all kinds of weird tactics. He's talked about it a lot in the past, but up til this point I thought he was kind of exaggerating. This is just bizarro shit though. The Chinese actually do this a lot on YouTube, especially with MSM news channel videos. They livestream the shit and everything.
