I'm assuming Claire isn't referring to their first kid who Elon carries around everywhere...
Likely referring to one of the other two that he obviously doesn't care about.

Especially when he's on some Genghis Khan shit going around spooging out however many kids he wants with no intention of actually being in their lives or apparently providing any support for them whatsoever.

Maybe the biggest red flag about the guy, at least on a very human level that is relatable to anyone. Cuz all the other shit he's involved in is not relatable in the slightest.
