I'm not saying mold isn't a problem... it absolutely is.
But I do think she's vaguely tripping over this.
She needs to junk the trailer, cut her losses and get a safe place to live. If she has to get a job, fine. It is what it is.
She needs a real place to live and some stability in her life.
