I remember watching it before it was removed from YouTube. It was about a well established vacation area on the Moon. The movie had an almost kinda "They Live" type of feel to it in some ways.

So I skipped around just to verify that it's the actual movie and I landed on a scene (54:07) with Imogene Coca explaining that there's a chip they put in the base of your skull and, "Whenever you try to say the word 'moon', it changes it to Miami!"
Wow just wow just wow.
I feel like I need to take the opportunity to watch this again right now.
