It seems like he's been on some kinda descent into madness since he got arrested in NOLA.
Whatever was going wrong in his life started before then obviously.
Wonder if he's still facing some jail time for those charges??
How fucking slow is the justice system these days if so??
Is it normal for people to wait more than 6 months roaming the streets before they even get a trial and serve time??
I feel like it didn't used to be that way, but I've been hearing a lot of this kinda stuff lately...
People commit a crime and don't go to jail for it until like 6 months later. That's messed up.
I don't know much about that type of stuff, so maybe nothing's changed, but it seems strange to me.
