Yeah, I have noticed that you *CAN* sort of have too many sources of fiber throughout the day.
Like if I eat oatmeal, beans, and then any other major source of fiber in a third meal, the shits don't really form a nice turd.
Which isn't a problem or anything, I mean, a shit is a shit. But I think it's good if they do have SOME body to them.
