I wonder if the suicide rate is gonna skyrocket in the age of AI.
Because parasocial relationships with YouTubers/celebrities is one thing...
Yes, it's largely unhealthy and not advisable, but at least it centered around a REAL PERSON.
If AI takes over YouTube (and the whole internet) there won't even be a real person to have a parasocial attachment to anymore.
People are already lonely and isolated enough just with the regular internet and whatever...
I just think a lot of people are gonna off themselves in this new paradigm.
