Some new things to add to the "it's artificial" list--
• 3I Atlas should be ice cold if just an object drifting, or it would only be heated if near a star, but not as hot as it's registering. In order for it to be as hot as it is, it would have to be undergoing some form of internal nuclear reaction, which would tear an asteroid or comet apart.
• It made adjustments to its course to be where it is now, which would require enormous energy.
The source isn't great, but it's not a huge leap from other stuff we've gone over:
