15:23 this sparked a memory for me. In a public area near where I grew up, there was this set of circles on the sidewalk a few feet wide, and if you stood in the middle, your voice was amplified and made this super bizarre effect where you were surrounded by your own voice. It's been a long time, but that was the effect if I recall correctly. And I'm pretty sure only you could hear it. I don't remember if it was a gazebo or what was over top or how the hell it worked.
