It's next to IMPOSSIBLE to attend one of Hanyu's shows... you basically gotta win the lottery. It's great for Japan, not so great for international. But it's better than nothing, it NEEDED to exist.

If (pft, when) Ilia wins the Olympic gold, he should transition into forming an entirely new thing.
He shouldn't even try for consecutive wins, '26 and '30, his body won't last.
Just win that shit once and try to form a new branch off figure skating, ride the popularity wave and make it really count for something.
That's what Yuzuru did, and as great as Ilia is, he's got a long fucking way to climb to be on Yuzuru's level as far as sheer fucking fame goes.
He might not be able to make it quite big enough to be able to form this new thing. But hopefully he will.
Cuz the Americans are fucking sucking on the world stage when it comes to competitive ice skating, and we really need some new life injected into this shit.
