I think it's not about promiscuity. I think it's the life of dealing with a pimp, of being a "working girl", and the myriad energies of the johns; none of the johns are fucking with love, or even just the energy of a one-night stand; they're paying for it like a service, and "using it", and sex is a huge energy exchange, so these women are borderline getting paid to be raped, and then forking over large chunks of that money to their pimp. Worse than that, the women are the 'bad guys' in the legal system. They're the ones who do time, so there's a constant threat of knowing it could all collapse at any moment; the constant act of giving the pimp and john's what they want; the constant threat of violence.
Johns tend to be the type of men who can't socialize with women at large, or just don't want to, or misogynists. All that negativity multiple times a day. Then there's the weirdos that fall in love with them and want to "save" them. Thank god sisters are doing it for themselves more and more lately, and often digitally. Fuck it, there's way too much to talk about on this, and it's kind of OT. Getting a headache thinking of how complicated this all is.
