I noticed the same thing...
And of course the gum has all the nasty poisonous shit in it. ALL of the poison. The brand is geared toward kids, pretty obviously, with flavors like "Birthday Cake" and "Rainbow Ice". It was super nasty. I don't even know why I got it. I think it was just to discover this...
You can just taste the poison. I couldn't even swallow the poison laden spit, I was like damn this is just nasty... then I looked at the back.
The 4 vertical/1 diagonal is a method of COUNTING. The fact that they've fudged it up for no apparent reason to equal seven... I dunno, it's just another way they're attempting to re-definine long held standards and totally fuck with peoples' minds.
