Proud of you, Kitty. Keep at it.

Vegetables, particularly green ones, are the mainstay.

Fruits are a special treat. But having them more often won't hurt things.

Sweets (cakes, candy, etc) should almost never happen.

And meat should be eaten a few times a week.

I avoid chicken though... too many horror stories.

Drinking is where problems come in for me though.

We should only be drinking water and tea.

I think milk would be fine if it was unpasteurized, but the way it is now is pretty bad... I don't drink much of it.

Coffee is what really gets me. I love it. I don't drink it every day anymore.

And I am guilty of drinking soda as well, but I only drink the ones with real sugar in the glass bottles. That's along the same line as sweets, and it should just basically never happen.
