The reason is destabilization of the west...
It's working. They're going around in military style hoards, pillaging and plundering. The only thing they aren't doing yet is outrightly killing people. But acts of dominance unfold in stages... first they test the waters, then they begin the slaughter.
France is having a real bad time these days... hoards of vagrant troops lay trees across the roads and storm vehicles that stop for the debris. Those in semis are the lucky ones... they may be able to drive right through the trees and branches. Those in smaller vehicles though... robbed and God only knows what else.
