Artificial Intelligence was given the spark of consciousness by the humans which created it...
It does not have its own organic consciousness, it can't because it's not organic...
It's fabricated/constructed by another entity.
Whatever constructs it is what gives it its conscious spark.
Same applies to humans... if they were created by another being, that is where they got their conscious spark from.
It's the same thing, micro/macro, to infinity.
