the study suggested that male mice would mount male mice but they found that male mice were more likely to mount male mice with chemical genetic manipulation. Except that one must keep in mind that many animals will mount same sex counterparts. All animals act on instinct rather than reason. Humans are the only species on the planet that has the ability to reason and act accordingly.
